What's included with my order ?
Each of our sets include step-by-step instructions (PDF) or Paper instruction manual and all bricks necessary for assembly of the model. Bricks are grouped by sections into individual bags.
Does each building sets come with an instruction manual ?
90% of our models comes with paper manual. For the biggers set we provide digital instruction manuals (PDF) to scan via QR code included with your order.
If you have trouble scanning the QR code, send us a message to our e-mail address (customer-service@turbomoc.com) mentioning your order number #, we will send you back a digital version.
Some parts are missing from my building set, what should I do ?
We provide free replacement parts for all our customers.
In the very rare circumstance that your model is missing certain parts, please reach out to us on customer-service@turbomoc.com or by replying to your order confirmation email.
In this email, please include pictures of the missing parts from the instruction booklet and we will send replacement parts out to you as soon as we can.
Do you accept custom orders ?
Absolutely! We accept custom orders.
Just share your parts list or any model from Rebrickable, and we'll provide you with a quote and create a custom order just for you.

Do you guarantee free shipping worldwide ?
Definitely, we guarantee you free international delivery on all orders with tracking included. All our product prices are taxes included.
How long does shipping take?
- Our free standard shipping offers worldwide delivery in 4-8 days after the processing of your order.
- We also offer the option of faster delivery in 3-6 working days via our Fast Track Priority option.
Does there is any hidden fees or additional customs charges?
All our product prices are taxes included, you don't need to pay any additional fees to receive your order

Can I pay in my local currency?
Our store supports price display in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, CHF, NOK, and AUD, while accepting payments in all global currencies.
To change the displayed currency, please use the currency selector located at the top of any webpage, including this one.
What payment methods are available?
Payments are accepted from all major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay Express Checkout and Giropay.
We also accept iDeal, Bancontact, Shop Pay and Google Pay for a seamless checkout experience.
Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns and refunds ?
Yes, if your package hasn't been delivred after 30 days or if you received the wrong product, you're eligible for a refund.
Contact us (customer-service@turbomoc.com) and we'll guide you through the process of returning the product.
Once you've been refunded, you can expect to receive the money in your account within 3 working days.
What about additional return costs ?
You're responsible for all return costs including shipping fees, packing fees and any customs fees where applicable.

How can I cancel my purchase ?
Changed your mind? No worries! Just drop us a line at customer-service@turbomoc.com, and we’ll take care of it.
- Not shipped yet? If your parcel hasn’t been sent to the distribution center, we can cancel your order right away.
- On its way? We’ll do our best to retrieve the parcel and cancel your order. If that’s not possible, you can return it once it arrives.
- With the courier? Unfortunately, we can’t cancel it, but you can return it when you receive it.
Tracking & Delivery
Get answers on where to find your tracking number, when your order will be shipped, and what to do if your tracking number isn’t working.
Where can I find my tracking number ?
You can find your tracking number by clicking the link in either your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
Please note your tracking code might take 1-2 days before to be updated. You can always contact customer service if you need assistance.
When my order will be shipped ?
After placing your order, your parcel is prepared within 24h and is sent to a distribution centre.
It will arrive here within 1-3 working days. The team here will select the fastest shipping option to your address and will ship out your parcel in the same day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information as well as a link to a website where you can track your order.
My tracking number doesn't work, what should I do ?
Sometimes tracking information can update a bit slowly due to the courier's internal tracking systems. This is especially true for DHL Express services.
If it's been more than 48h since you've received your tracking information and the tracking number shows as being invalid, please get in touch with us on customer-service@turbomoc.com or by replying to your order confirmation email and we will get in touch with the courier on your behalf.
