Please note if you decide to return your order for a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping, packaging costs + custom fees.

1.2. Proof Required: You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, to initiate a return.

1.3. Time Limit: Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

1.4. Discounted Items: Items purchased via discount code are not eligible for returns.

2.3. Shipping: Upon approval, you will receive a return shipping label or details for return shipping.

2.4. Packaging: Return the item in its original condition, with all tags and packaging, using the provided label.

2.5. Drop-off: Take the package to your local post office or arrange for a pickup.

2.6. Inspection and Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Return Conditions:

3.1. Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original tags and packaging.

3.2. Refusal Rights: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.

4.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4.2. Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

4.3. Bank Processing: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary by bank or card issuer.

Important: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Turbo Moc disclaims all responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur thereafter. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure a secure delivery location and to take any additional measures needed to secure the package.

Turbo Moc will not issue refunds or replacements for items reported as stolen or missing after delivery confirmation. For added security, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package or selecting secure delivery options if available.
